2nd Shift Dispatcher Position

Shift Hours: 8p – 6a, Monday – Thursday

Responsibilities: 

  • Dispatch loads to evening drivers

  • Monitor drivers and make sure all updates are in the dispatching system

  • Troubleshoot any issues

  • Quote rates to customers

  • Enter any pending dispatch orders into the TayLog system

Requirements:

Min 1 year dispatching experience – port work preferred

Experienced National Brokerage Account Manager

Our National Brokerage Account manager will be responsible for identifying prospects and selling logistics solutions using a consultative sales approach. You will build relationships to provide a great customer experience, and ensure the ongoing service and growth of your accounts.

Responsibilities: 

  • We are looking for people that will be ready to move into a sales focused role within 12-24 months.

  • Hunt for new business; start to build your book up.

  • Build trust with your customers and seek to understand their supply chain.

  • Develop internal relationships to craft solutions that meet and exceed your customer’s expectations.

  • Work to understand and anticipate your customer’s ever changing needs.

  • Continue to strategically grow your customer’s business and increase profitability.

  • Work daily to stay on top of the constantly changing logistics industry.

  • Develop and manage a network of outside carriers to move freight in the most profitable manner.

  • Negotiate rates with carriers to meet margin requirements and ensure maximum profitability.

  • Meet or exceed required margin and revenue goals

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and adequate service levels where freight is picked up and delivered using safe, reliable carriers.

  • Build freight volume from existing customers.

  • Establish and maintain a book of regular business.

  • Maintain and build effective relationships with customers and carriers.

  • Solicit new sales by developing leads and cold calling potential customers.

  • Position requires full time attendance

Requirements:
